The National Retail Federation (NRF) will offer store tours showcasing the retail scene in Singapore on June 2 and Paris on Sept. 15, 2025 in association with its international Big Shows in those cities. Retail Store Tours runs these experiences and offers expert-led curated programs designed to complement the content and technology offered at the shows.
“These tours will focus on what is new and what has changed,” said Susan Newman, SVP of Event Strategy at the NRF in a statement. “Retail participants will experience stores that represent best practices and innovation in the retail industry.”
“What makes these tours unique is the access,” said Bob Phibbs, the author known as “The Retail Doctor” in a statement. “These aren’t tourist walks — these are curated experiences led by experts who really understand retail. These experts speak multiple languages and have direct connections to executive decision-makers. It’s like getting an insider’s playbook to retail success.”
