Bath & Body Works Appoints First Chief Brand and Product Officer

Published: April 30, 2026

Veronique Gabai-Pinsky will be the first Chief Brand and Product Officer at Bath & Body Works, effective May 18.

Reporting to CEO Daniel Heaf, Gabai-Pinsky will work to reignite the brand by leading product and brand organization, fragrances and innovation. The Ohio-based company is in the midst of a turnaround, focusing on narrowing its assortment and selling on Amazon.

“This is a critical role for Bath & Body Works as we continue to transform the business, modernize our consumer offering and return the brand to growth,” Heaf said in a statement. “Since joining us as an adviser, Veronique has already made an impact, bringing renewed creativity and a strong instinct for how to connect authentically with today’s consumers.”

Before joining Bath & Body Works, Gabai-Pinsky founded her own brand, Veronique Gabai. She has also held roles at the Vera Wang Group, overseeing global operations, as well as The Estée Lauder Companies.

“Consumers today are looking for more from the brands they love: greater efficacy, more intentional craftsmanship, more meaningful experiences, a value system they can share and a community they are proud to belong to,” Gabai-Pinsky said in a statement.

Bath & Body Works has a unique ability to connect product, emotion and everyday rituals, she said.

“Having seen firsthand the strength of the team and the opportunity ahead, I’m excited and honored to build on that momentum by elevating product innovation, deepening our storytelling and connection with consumers, and creating even more inspiring experiences that resonate with today’s consumer,” Gabai-Pinsky said.
