Hanna Andersson has named Mike Frazzini, most recently Technology Chief of Staff at FTD, as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Frazzini, who will report to CEO Aimée Lapic, brings 25 years’ experience in delivering effective software products, systems integrations and solutions for ecommerce, business intelligence, ERP, finance and operations.
At FTD, Frazzini was second-in-command of the retailer’s 300+-person technology division, advising the CTO on technology vision, architecture, craft, process and organization structure. He also has held leadership positions at Iterate.ai and Ebags.com.
At Hanna Andersson, Frazzini will be tasked with developing tech to enable ecommerce growth initiatives while ensuring high performance for martech and backend technology operations, including data infrastructure and technology governance.
