Staples Rebrands, Enhances Loyalty Program

Staples has renamed and upgraded its Staples Rewards loyalty program. The new Easy Rewards program, which is free to join, is designed to deliver customized savings and benefits based on what members buy and how they shop. Staples is kicking off the program’s debut with a Leap Day promotion, offering 29,000 free passport photos nationwide and the chance to win 29X points for purchases members make on Feb. 29, 2024.

Easy Rewards members earn one point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, and are eligible for 2X (or more) points on three bonus points categories of what they buy most. Members also can earn points on Staples services such as recycling and will have exclusive access to special savings events and daily members-only offers.

“Staples has a long history of looking for ways to make our customers’ lives easier,” said Ory Adler, VP, Digital and Loyalty at Staples in a statement. “Easy Rewards is the ultimate personalized shopping experience, delivering tremendous savings and value to every customer, because it’s built around their unique preferences.”

Loyalty program members can track their points and purchases on the Easy Rewards dashboard in the Staples App or at Staples.com/easy.
