Two digital-first brands, Misen and ModCloth, are partnering with Cart.com to improve their omnichannel fulfillment and logistics operations. Operating 14 omnichannel fulfillment centers nationwide, Cart.com provides brands and retailers with third-party logistics (3PL) solutions and proprietary software such as its Constellation Order Management System (OMS) and warehouse management technology, designed to get products to customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Cookware and knives brand Misen has made Cart.com its official U.S. fulfillment partner. The brand will ship its products out of two U.S. Cart.com facilities — one serving the East Coast and one serving the West Coast — to ensure nationwide coverage.

“At Misen, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and optimize our processes,” said Michael Mahoney, CEO of Misen in a statement. “Partnering with Cart.com gives us the speed, flexibility and most importantly, the transparency that we need to meet our customers wherever they are. We have already seen a positive impact in the first 30 days and look forward to leveraging Cart.com’s wide network and robust tech stack to support our growth as we scale.”

ModCloth Outsources Fulfillment from New Jersey Cart.com Facility

Cart.com also is working with ModCloth to optimize its supply chain and streamline fulfillment. The vintage fashion retailer will use Cart.com’s third-party logistics solutions and outsource fulfillment capabilities out of the solution provider’s New Jersey facility.

Gabe Zeitouni, Director of ModCloth, noted that Cart.com’s “comprehensive logistics services,” coupled with the retailer’s partnership with ecommerce tech company Nogin, will “propel” the business “toward a future where our unique, inclusive fashion reaches more customers with greater efficiency. Together, these collaborations support our mission to enhance the shopping experience for the ModCloth community, ensuring that each vintage-inspired piece we offer is presented and delivered with care and precision.”
