Clyde has launched an Ownership Enrichment Platform tool, designed to enable deeper customer relationships and drive lifetime value through reimagined product protection, registration and issue resolution experiences. The platform includes two new products, Registration and Claims Plus, as well as its existing Extended Warranty solution, to help bring more value to the post-purchase experience for both retailers and customers.
The Clyde platform aims to cover the entire post-purchase journey with moments that generate meaningful insights and build direct relationships with customers in every channel. Each of the three solutions can assist with parts of this overall goal:
