The RealReal has appointed Jun-Sheng Li as COO and Len Eschweiler as CRO, bringing 45 years of experience, collectively, to the luxury consignment company.

Li joins The RealReal from Walmart, where he served as SVP of e-Commerce Supply Chain. In his new role, he will be responsible for applying new technologies and processes to efficiently scale e-Commerce center operation and keep up with the daily processes. His key focus will be to shape The RealReal’s business, which includes opening new e-Commerce centers.

As CRO, Eschweiler will oversee the entire sales organization, including direct and white glove sales channels. The RealReal created the position in response to continued growth and expansion of its sales team across the U.S. Prior to The RealReal, Eschweiler held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Affirm.
