Tanger Outlets will deploy a customer engagement platform from Coniq to better empower its retail partners to deliver personalized and contextual offers to consumers.
Tanger will use the Coniq platform to improve its ability to capture and leverage consumer transactional data, as well as providing tools that enable its retailers to improve offer personalization and increase customer engagement.

To mark its 30th year as a publicly traded company, Tanger Outlets has updated its logo and corporate identity. The refreshed look, dubbed “Open Air,” will be rolled out across Tanger’s portfolio of 37 open-air shopping centers during the coming year. The company also has updated its web address from “tangeroutlets.com” to “tanger.com.”
