Office Depot has launched its “15-Minute Pickup Promise” at Office Depot and OfficeMax stores nationwide. Qualifying mobile or online orders will be ready for in-store or curbside pickup within 15 minutes; if Office Depot fails to keep this promise, the retailer will issue a $15 coupon for the customer’s next qualifying purchase within 72 hours.
“At Office Depot, we’re committed to providing the fastest and easiest shopping experience in the nation for our customers, whether they’re wrapping up back-to-school lists or running their own small business,” said Kevin Moffitt, President of Office Depot in a statement.
Office Depot also offers a buy now, pay later option with PayPal as well as same-day delivery and same-day printing services. In November 2024 Office Depot partnered with Grubhub for on-demand deliveries.
