Retail Store Tours has created a series of daily video reports on the impact of COVID-19 on the global retail sector. The reports will highlight conditions on the ground at retailers across the world, as well as the innovations being rolled out to keep up with changing shopping habits.
The first report, On The Frontline: The War on Coronavirus, was released on March 27, and features two videos:
- Retail Store Tours Report from Brazil: Malu Albertotti discusses how retailers are dealing with a government-ordered general lockdown, including the closure of stores and malls, that could last for several weeks; and
- Retail Store Tours China Report from Shanghai: Sharon Shi reports on how the Chinese market is recovering from its own coronavirus outbreak, with operations slowly returning to normal.
