Volusion has migrated 30,000 of its e-Commerce stores to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The e-Commerce provider will utilize GCP to help its retail customers improve page speed, network reliability and site-wide security.
The move to GCP has resulted in a 15% average page load time improvement, according to the company. Additionally, the shift has improved Volusion’s ability to quickly scale any part of its technology. Google’s own team of professionals will help Volusion optimize the performance of retailer sites, allowing the solution provider to expediate the launch of new features and bug fixes.
