The newly created DTC wine conglomerate Full Glass Wine Co. has made its sixth and seventh acquisitions — Wine Access and Cameron Hughes Wine.

Founded in 2023 by entrepreneur Neha Kumar and alcohol industry veteran Louis Amoroso, who previously served as President of DTC at alcohol ecommerce solution DRINKS, Full Glass Wine said that with these new additions it is positioned to bring in more than $200 million in revenue in 2025.

Full Glass’ ultimate goal is to build a multi-brand wine marketplace that reimagines the traditional wine-buying experience by integrating cutting-edge technology and personalized wine discovery. Other previous acquisitions have included Winc, Bright Cellars, Wine Insiders, Scout & Cellar and Splash Wines.

“Wine Access and Cameron Hughes Wine represent high standards of quality and craftsmanship in the wine world,” said Amoroso, CEO of Full Glass Wine in a statement. “Together, we’re poised to transform the wine retail experience even further. Our combined strength in technology, logistics and consumer insights will allow us to offer a truly personalized, seamless experience that resonates with modern wine lovers.”
