Package Concierge, a provider of automated locker solutions, offers outdoor lockers designed for contactless, 24/7 pickup for buy online, pick up in-store (BOPIS) orders. The lockers can streamline BOPIS fulfillment with store process automation to deliver a more convenient customer experience.
Employees can deposit a customer BOPIS order into the automated retail locker, at which point customers are immediately notified that their order is ready for pickup. Customers can then scan their barcode at the self-serve kiosk and retrieve the order at their convenience.
The locker hardware can be branded to fit the specific retail location. Other features include:
