LAFCO Achieves Open Rate 3X Higher Than Average With Targeted Loyalty Email Campaign

LAFCO, a fragrance and body care company, has adopted Zinrelo to power its LAFCO Rewards Program. The program offers shoppers multiple point-earning opportunities for purchases made on its web site as well as through referrals, birthday and welcome bonuses and sharing on social media.

Customers also can access free shipping, samples, birthday gifts and a tier-based rewards program to accelerate their point-earning capability. Additionally, LAFCO has harnessed Zinrelo’s platform to launch a targeted loyalty email campaign that resulted in an open rate and a click rate  that were 3.08X and 7.37X higher than the industry average, respectively.

“Within just three months after the launch, we witnessed an impressive 26.72% improvement in customer retention and a 23.39% increase in repeat purchase revenue,” said Brittany Boykow, Director of E-Commerce at LAFCO in a statement. “Loyalty email campaigns played a vital role in this success and we are eager to explore other opportunities to engage our customers further.”
