Belly Launches Omnichannel Loyalty Platform

Loyalty technology provider Belly has launched BLUE, a configurable omnichannel loyalty platform for enterprise retailers. The new solution enables retailers to create unified experiences in-store, on mobile and online, in real time.

BLUE features a configurable setup, underlying infrastructure and simplified integrations manager to help retailers get to market quickly. Key features of the solution include:

  • Profile Manager, which allows marketers to collect their loyalty data in one place so it is easily accessible;
  • Rules Engine, which enables retailers to use their loyalty data to apply transactional and triggered rules to influence behavior; and
  • Integrations Manager, which connects with tools frequently used by retailers, such as BI, CRM or email marketing, to create a data-driven feedback loop to strengthen loyalty initiatives.
