Intelligence Node has released the MAP Monitoring solution, which helps e-Commerce brands track and prevent violations of their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. The solution can monitor for pricing violations, identify unauthorized sellers and help prevent the sale of counterfeit products.
Map Monitoring uses a scanning algorithm to track products around the clock to ensure they are being watched during business hours across the world. This 24/7 service also gives retailers access to real-time activity data on promotions, competitive positioning and suggestions for smart pricing and stock movement.
Additionally, the software includes triggered alerts that can pinpoint which resellers are violating MAP pricing policies with customized violation reports. The software also searches for similar and exact product matches to identify counterfeit products being sold under a brand’s name.

Once a MAP violation is observed, the customer receives a report of which reseller was detected, along with relevant pricing data. This helps retailers and brands take immediate action to minimize the risk of damage to its reputation or margins.
