Powered by voice recognition and computer vision and developed in concert with partner Intel, the Guide allows retailers to help customers navigate a pre-planned shopping list by recommending the best route and pushing the right product information in real time. Once an item is found, shoppers can purchase it right on the spot using their personal device and then leave the store. The solution also delivers numerous analytic insights to store associates and management.
The Smart Store Guide solution works by:
