Evergage, a personalization and customer data platform, has named Laura Saati as VP of Customer Success for the Retail Practice. She will draw upon more than two decades of experience to lead program planning and execution across Evergage’s retail vertical and oversee the solution provider’s retail-focused Customer Success staff.
Saati was previously SVP for Client Services at Zeta Global, where she oversaw account management, strategy, analytics and creative functions. She also has served as VP for Strategic Marketing Services at 89 Degrees (now Iris Concise), VP of the Retail Practice at e-Dialog and VP of Account Services at Harte Hanks.
“For retailers, the desire to create highly personalized, 1-to-1 experiences for their customers is certainly nothing new,” said Saati in a statement. “However, what was once, historically, an aspiration is now a mandate for retailers — given customers’ expectations, as well as the increasing ease of transforming data into actionable insights.”
