CommerceHub, a distributed commerce network for retailers and brands, has named Mike Amend COO. He will focus on accelerating product innovation and aligning the solution provider’s service and operations teams with its customers to help them utilize its platform and network.
Amend is a retail veteran who most recently served as EVP of Omnichannel at JCPenney. There he led the company’s efforts to better integrate its brick-and-mortar and e-Commerce operations, expand delivery capabilities and enhance the mobile experience. He previously worked at Home Depot as VP of Online. Online sales grew to $4 billion under his leadership.
