Zappos Adaptive Adds Six New Brands to Single-Shoe Ordering Program

Zappos Adaptive, the functional products business of Zappos, has expanded the Single and Different Size Shoes Program due to customer demand and brand partner interest. The service lets shoppers order single shoes, or pairs of different sizes, to help them find footwear that meets their specific needs without sacrificing style.

Zappos has seen more searches than ever for “single shoes,” and the Single and Different Size Shoes Program page has grown by 86% since its launch in July. The primary customer request was for more brands and styles, which Zappos is meeting by adding six new brand partners to the program: Merrell, Brooks, Dansko, Vans, Friendly Shoes and UGG.

Zappos Adaptive helps shoppers find footwear that can meet a variety of needs, including easy dressing, sensory friendly and orthotic friendly. Other brands participating in aspects of the program include Converse, Rockport and New Balance.
