Monetate, a personalization software provider, will release Monetate Intelligent Recommendations, a recommendation tool designed to incorporate real-time customer data to deliver product suggestions that match shopper needs across all channels, including in-store, online, email, call center and mobile.
The Monetate Intelligent Recommendations tool is designed to:
- Use real-time behavioral context from all channels to inform recommendations in real time;
- Infuse recommendation algorithms with individual shopper data, including historical data and real-time visitor behavior;
- Leverage recommendation algorithms with business context such as product profitability and inventory; and
- Automatically push recommendations to customers across all channels.
The tool will be commercially available to all Monetate clients starting in April 2018, but Jansport and Timberland are already using the software as part of an early adopter program. Jansport saw a 5.5% increase in revenue from Monetate Product Recommendations, according to Hayley Beauchamp, E-Commerce Manager.
