Keynote, a mobile and web site testing and monitoring solution provider, has acquired Meucci Solutions NV, mobile fraud detection and end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) monitoring company.
Meucci now is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keynote, and will join the Keynote SIGOS solution suite. Together, the companies are expected to create a robust solution set, making Keynote a leading provider of fraud detection and end-to-end testing and monitoring solutions, according to Jennifer Tejada, President and CEO of Keynote.
Tejada said: “Through the combination of Meucci’s solutions with the Keynote SIGOS product portfolio and a highly sophisticated, scaled technology platform, we will be able to provide our customers with additional high value services and solutions that enable significant and quick returns on their investment by reducing the financial impact of fraud.”
