American Eagle Outfitters, Chico’s FAS, Inc. and Stage Stores are among the 34 JDA Software customers recognized by Apparel Magazine in the Top 50 for 2014 list.
The Apparel Top 50 rankings are based on each company’s annual sales profitability.
Despite a volatile year that included poor weather conditions, declining store traffic and aggressive promotional strategies, the Apparel Top 50 were “particularly resilient,” noted Jordan Speer, Editor-in-Chief at Apparel Magazine. “They pushed forward collectively with strategies for growth as well as measures to better integrate the components of their supply chains — while not losing sight of the crushing need to please the almighty consumer.”
