Namogoo, which offers a platform designed to prevent customer journey hijacking, has acquired Personali, an AI-powered behavioral analytics solution provider. The acquisition will enable Namogoo to offer a more robust set of e-Commerce tools, including solutions that can help retailers improve customer engagement, loyalty and conversions.
Namogoo prevents unauthorized ads from being injected into shoppers’ browsers and devices, while Personali specializes in tools that can help retailers personalize in-site incentives. Personali’s solutions have led to a conversion uplift of 32% at some retailers, while reducing the cost of promotion offering by up to 30%.
