Doddle has launched Powered by Doddle, a click-and-collect platform designed to include software, training, communications and analytics modules for U.S. retailers.
Doddle’s proprietary software supports a set of click-and-collect processes, including the receipt and storage of packages, order fulfillment, the handling of expired packages and paperless returns. The solution enables retailers to become parcel collection points for other retail brands and create new footfall from the orders generated online.
Additional features and benefits of Powered by Doddle include staff training, customizable communications and user interfaces, and the facilitation of online order returns.

The platform includes prompts and screens that favor imagery over text, minimizing training requirements. Branding and user journey are all customizable. Moreover, Powered by Doddle is compatible with a range of Android devices and can be deployed using existing POS systems.
