Symphony Commerce, a Commerce as a Service (CaaS) platform provider, has named Ken Fine CEO. Fine succeeds Harish Abbott, who will transition to lead the company’s long-term business strategy and product innovation efforts, and who will have a place on the Board.

In his new role, Fine will bring his 15 years of experience in growing and scaling enterprise businesses to expand Symphony’s presence with large enterprise brands. He will be in involved in extending strategic service offerings to clients and ensuring the platform continues to provide functionality, scalability and customer value.
Prior to joining Symphony, Fine served as the Chief Customer Office and VP of Product at Medallia. He also led the reinvention and market growth of Financial Engines.
“My goal for Symphony is to enable brands to dramatically expand their commerce channels and increase revenue,” Fine said in a statement. “It’s exciting to be here as the company is poised for significant growth and I’m thrilled to be a part of the company.
