Stratix will support Verifone payment devices for enterprise customers through the company’s terminal management platform. In including Verifone Estate Manager technical support, Stratix can further streamline mobile management programs for their joint clients.
Verifone Estate Manager (formerly known as Verifone HQ) is a part of the company’s Payment-as-a-Service offering and provides a single software platform designed to make overseeing the POS ecosystem easier and more cost-effective.
Verifone Estate Manager can support multiple Verifone payment device types and is designed to:
Provide remote access to operations and performance data in real time;
Organize, manage and monitor content for devices in the field; and
- Help lower the cost of ownership by remotely diagnosing and resolving device issues.
