E-Commerce may be dominating the retail scene, but brick-and-mortar stores are far from obsolete. More and more etailers are establishing a physical presence to better serve their customers. Nautilus, the home fitness retail giant, is turning the notch up on costumer engagement with the opening of its first retail space.
The Nautilus Shop is located next to the company’s Vancouver Global Headquarters and will be celebrating its grand opening on Jan. 8 and 9. The 3,000-square-foot store will house the latest products from Bowflex, Nautilus, Schwinn and Universal, so consumers can experience the Nautilus family of brands before they make a purchase. This new space will also allow for the development of new concepts for retail partners.
“We wanted to create a space in which customers could physically try out the product, learn more about the brands and get their questions answered in real time by our Nautilus, Inc. fitness consultants,” said Jeff Collins, Vice President and General Manager, Retail of Nautilus, Inc. in a statement. “With this new retail space, we are focused on finding fresh ways to positively impact the experiences our customers and retail partners have with our brands.”
