GlassesUSA.com has introduced a next-day delivery service for prescription eyewear, just in time for the end-of-year spending rush as consumers look to use up the funds in their FSA and HSA accounts. For a $19.95 delivery fee, customers can choose from thousands of brands and styles, including $39 budget-friendly frames and designer brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada.
GlassesUSA.com’s recently opened optical lab in Atlanta is helping make these rapid deliveries possible, with cutting-edge technology and an optimized supply chain for manufacturing prescription eyewear.
“The launch of our next-day delivery service marks another milestone in GlassesUSA.com’s mission to disrupt the eyewear industry,” said Daniel Rothman, Founder and CEO of GlassesUSA.com in a statement. “Through our innovative direct-to-consumer model and advanced production and fulfillment capabilities, we’re cutting out the middleman to offer unmatched selection, pricing and quality, and now we’re also proud to deliver the fastest service in the category.”
The addition of the new delivery option follows the retailer’s July 2024 debut of its proprietary AI engine to facilitate eyewear purchases online.
