Kohl’s named Arianne Parisi Chief Customer Officer Tuesday, a newly created role that consolidates marketing, brand and creative, loyalty, personalization, media and digital commerce under a single leader. Parisi will report to Chief Executive Officer Michael J. Bender.
Kohl’s also announced that Chief Marketing Officer Christie Raymond will leave the company in September after nine years.
Arianne Parisi’s Expanded Role
Parisi has served as Kohl’s Chief Digital Officer since 2025, overseeing Kohls.com and the Kohl’s App. In her expanded role, she will focus on strengthening the full customer lifecycle, modernizing the omnichannel experience and connecting Kohl’s brand promise to how customers discover, shop, engage and return.
“Bringing marketing and digital together under one leader will help foster a greater focus on the full customer lifecycle and how Kohl’s shows up across customer touchpoints,” Bender said in a statement.
Parisi said the expanded remit reflects an opportunity to unify Kohl’s brand, digital experience, loyalty and marketing functions as customer expectations evolve.
Before joining Kohl’s, Parisi spent more than three years at JD Sports Fashion, most recently as EVP Global Chief Digital Officer, where she led the retailer’s omnichannel customer strategy worldwide. She previously served as SVP North America Chief Digital Officer at JD Sports, holding P&L responsibility for JD Sports, Finish Line and Finish Line at Macy’s digital business.
Parisi spent more than five years at Finish Line, rising from VP Digital Operations to SVP Digital Operations and Customer Experience. Earlier in her career, she held digital and merchandising roles at Nordstrom and The Sports Authority.

Raymond joined Kohl’s in 2017 as Senior Vice President of Media and Personalization before advancing to Executive Vice President of Customer Insights, Analytics and Engagement in 2020. She stepped into the Chief Marketing Officer role in September 2022.
Before Kohl’s, Raymond spent more than 15 years at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, most recently as Senior Vice President of Consumer Insight, Measurement and Analytics. She also held roles as Vice President of Digital Marketing and Director of Digital Marketing during her time at Disney.
Bender thanked Raymond for her nine years of service, crediting her with enhancing Kohl’s customer insights and strategy.
“She’s led with wisdom and heart, and we wish her all the best in her next chapter,” Bender said in a statement.
The leadership changes come as Kohl’s works to improve its performance. In the quarter ended May 2, net sales decreased 1.7% to $3 billion, with gross margin at 39.9% and a net loss of $14 million. Kohl’s operates more than 1,100 stores.
