Kate leads coverage of the retail industry, focusing on trends, innovation, and the evolving landscape of brands and consumer behavior. Previously, Kate covered the outdoor industry at Shop Eat Surf Outdoor (SESO), including major retailers like Dick’s Sporting Goods and REI, as well as iconic brands such as The North Face. Before her time at SESO, Kate spent six years reporting on the cannabis industry and legalization.

Tiffany leads the editorial teams for Retail TouchPoints, Shop Eat Surf Outdoor and Impressions Magazine. A journalist by trade and an entrepreneur by experience, Tiffany served as a retail editor and business reporter for the Orange County Register before founding the B2B trade publication Shop Eat Surf in 2007, which was acquired by Emerald in 2019.
