SaaS shopping app platform Shopgate has named Ken Aponte its VP of customer success. In his new role, Aponte will be responsible for increasing customer retention and revenue growth, and will use mobile solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and drive higher conversions.

Prior to his appointment at Shopgate, Aponte served as a senior director at Personify, where he developed a team that delivered high-value SaaS services value propositions for clients. He also served as a management consultant at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.
