Prior to joining Ralph Lauren, Hermann served as CEO of luxury brand Reed Krakoff. Between 2005 and 2011, she held the helm at Yves Saint Laurent, now Saint Laurent Paris. Hermann also served in various capacities at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, including Director of Women’s Ready to Wear at Dior.
