Nespresso has selected Orange Business Services as its supplier of guest WiFi and Internet services. The coffee company, which operates approximately 600 boutiques worldwide, will deploy the WiFi service in most of its standalone coffee boutiques in more than 35 countries.
“Offering secure Internet connectivity in our boutiques is part of the experience that we create for our customers,” said Jean-Paul Le Roux, Global B2C Head at Nespresso in a statement, adding that “WiFi will play a role in our omnichannel services portfolio.”
When customers connect to the in-store guest WiFi service, they can immediately and securely browse the Internet and connect to the Nespresso portal. At Nespresso.com, they can access digital services, browse the news, get further product information, and download the Nespresso app. Guests who have the app can immediately connect to the WiFi service when they are in the boutiques.
Orange maintains compliance with regulatory and legal constraints in all the countries in which it operates. “With our global-local approach, we can offer Nespresso on-the-ground support and services in all the markets where they operate,” said Helmut Reisinger, Executive Vice President-International at Orange Business Services in a statement.
