Reflektion has appointed Ray Villeneuve as its new President and COO, and also has named Javed Maqsood as VP of Customer Success and Operations.
“Having filled two key roles on our executive team, we are positioned for success in this season of unprecedented growth,” said Amar Chokhawala, Founder and CEO of Reflektion in a statement.
Villeneuve brings four decades of experience in the technology and sales industries to his new roles. As president of Virtual Instruments, Villeneuve increased the performance analytics company’s revenue by $30 million in just one year. He also has held leadership roles at Skytree, Riverbed, Liaise and Monosphere.

Maqsood is a two-decade veteran of building startup operations and developing delivery teams in consulting and software industries. His previous employers include BloomReach, Kodak, Zynga and Box.
Both executives will be located in Reflektion’s offices in San Mateo, Calif.
