Macy’s is expanding its shopping experience with the launch of the My Stylist@Macy’s appointment service at 135 select Macy’s stores nationwide. The free service is dedicated to finding the “perfect fashions” for consumers across the U.S.
As part of the service, consumers can book in-store stylist consultations online, on the phone or via email. The professional stylists at My Stylist@Macy’s are able to customize new item selections as well as update selected wardrobes. My Stylist@Macy’s offers styling services for periodic events, such as weddings, birthdays, graduations and holiday season parties. My Stylists also can fashion shoppers’ homes with a selection of Macy’s furniture and home goods.
Depending on the shopper’s needs, the length of an appointment can vary. Special occasion appointments last approximately one hour and full wardrobe updates can take up to two hours.
