Spirit Halloween is seeking to conjure up 50,000 seasonal sales associates and store managers to staff the more than 1,500 locations the retailer expects to open this year. Candidates can find more information at work4spirit.com or can text “Reaper” to 85000 to apply (if they dare!).

Spirit Halloween offers competitive salaries, flexible scheduling, a premium pay incentive program and seasonal retention bonuses for returning store managers. Associates also receive a 30% discount on Spirit Halloween purchases.
In October 2024 Spirit Halloween announced the debut of 10 Spirit Christmas stores to capture seasonal spending beyond its namesake holiday. Also in 2024, the retailer had planned to operate a total of 1,525 stores during last year’s Halloween season.
