While the internal team at Hanna Andersson is working from home and meeting via video, there are rules they have to follow, according to CEO Mike Edwards:
- If you’re a parent and you’re managing day schooling or dealing with kids running around the house, you don’t have to jump on every call.
- Every day from 11:30am to 1:00pm no work calls or emails are allowed; you should do something personally relaxing.
Those are just some of the ways Edwards is leading his team during and through the Coronavirus crisis.
