David’s Bridal has introduced David’s Style Squad, a commissioned ambassador program encompassing creators, frontline associates and the bridal retailer’s loyal customers. The Style Squad will help the bridal retailer create a specialized user-generated content (UGC) engine to fuel its social and marketing platforms, representing the next chapter in David’s “Aisle to Algorithm” strategy of embedding creators directly into the brand’s commerce and media ecosystem.
The comprehensive program empowers participants to drive peer-to-peer storytelling and shoppable content across their personal platforms. Participants earn 5% to 15% commission on net sales, with top-tier ambassadors eligible for up to 20% commissions as well as perks such as early access to launches and other incentives.

David’s Style Squad is “one of the most lucrative programs in the industry,” Horton added. “An ambassador can sell a $2,000 bridal gown and earn $400 from just that purchase. Now amplify commission potential by dressing the entire bridal party, wedding guests, promgoers and more. In January 2023 David’s Bridal launched the wedding planning platform and vendor marketplace Pearl by David’s, and in December 2024 David’s Bridal acquired wedding media brand Love Stories TV and launched the Pearl Media Network. David’s Bridal also introduced its tech-forward “Diamonds & Pearls” store format in May 2025.
