Commerce Signals Uses Transaction-Based Data to Help Streamline Retail Marketing Efforts

Published: July 7, 2021

Omnichannel payment intelligence solution Commerce Signals has launched a transaction-based segmentation library to help digital advertisers reach high-value audiences. The audience segments, including 500 targeted transaction-based audiences, are built on sets of credit and debit card transactions that include a unified view of purchases across payment cards for 40 million households.

Commerce Signals’ capabilities include a view of consumer wallets that unites spending across multiple cards by an individual shopper. This payment data powers AI audience models that are refreshed on a monthly basis.

Audiences can be purchased at the LiveRamp Data Store and integrated into programmatic and direct advertising campaigns across a range of online, mobile and addressable television networks. The goal for the platform is creating more efficient media buys and greater incremental revenues for advertisers.
