Antuit.ai, a cloud-based forecasting, pricing and personalization solution provider, has acquired Forecast Horizon, an AI-powered markdown, promotions, assortment and allocation SaaS company. The deal will help antuit.ai offer one-stop-shop merchandising and planning solutions for fashion, footwear and specialty retailers.
Forecast Horizon’s SaaS solutions offer retailers prescriptive actions to drive sell-through, increase margin and optimize inventory throughout the buying and selling process. The full Forecast Horizon team will join antuit.ai as part of the merger.
