As 2009 comes to a close, I wanted to thank you for your continued support and interest in Retail TouchPoints. This was a difficult year for the retail industry, as consumers tightened their spending habits and competition heated up across channels. Forunately, many new tools and tactics have emerged to cater to the changing consumer mindset.
