EarthLink Partners With ANXeBusiness To Launch Retail PCI Compliance Solution

EarthLink, provider of IT and communications solutions, is partnering with ANXeBusiness Corp., a provider of compliance solutions, to offer a new PCI compliance solution to retailers. The new solution offers a number of features including:

• Approved Scan Vendor (ASV) vulnerability scans
• A security policy;
• Web-based training;
• A self-assessment;
• Access to an online knowledge base; and
• Up to $100,000 in breach protection per location.

The breach funds are intended to cover the costs of a forensic audit, replacement of credit card for affected customers, PCI DSS fines and assessments incurred as a result of breach and telephone consulting support. This breach protection is a result of the ANXeBusiness Corp partnership.

To help streamline compliance verification, the PCI Compliance tool includes a security policy that fulfills the PCI DSS requirements, and includes an online self-assessment questionnaire wizard, according to an EarthLink press release.

EarthLink works with a number of retail customers, including: Genesco, GNC, HoneyBaked Ham and The Sleep Train.
