Goodlife Opens First NYC Flagship

High-end essentials brand Goodlife has opened its first flagship location in New York City. Situated on Bleecker Street in the heart of the West Village, the new flagship replaces a smaller store on the same street.

The new store opening marks the next stage in Goodlife’s evolution, which started as a wholesaler, then moved into ecommerce pure-play and now omnichannel retail. The brand now boasts four locations including the new Bleecker Street store, in Austin, Texas, Scottsdale, Ariz. and an additional New York City location at Hudson Yards.

The new 1,000-square-foot store will offer the full Goodlife assortment alongside a collection of limited-edition tees, sweatshirts and exclusive collaborations. The aesthetic stays true to the Goodlife vibe with a modern, clean design. A green botanical ceiling is juxtaposed with Goodlife’s signature neon signage, which encourages guests to experience the collection’s trademark fabrics and stop by the private garden.

The Bleecker Street store will open with a showcase of photography by Ted Gushue and House of Spoils, custom pottery by Wyatt Little and a limited edition co-branded hat with Mad Tasty CBD water. The second edition of Goodlife’s collaboration with WM Brown also will be available exclusively at this shop, along with books by WM Brown Founder Matt Hranek and photographer Ben Watts. In addition, the flagship will stock luxury handbags from Sharkchaser, an Italian brand known for its built-in cellphone radiation blocking technology.

“As Goodlife continues to expand the collection beyond our legacy T-shirts, we’re elevating our brick-and-mortar experience to inspire customers to explore the brand in a deeper way,” said the brand’s Founder and CEO Chris Molnar in a statement. “We want to surprise visitors with unique items, while also offering the full range of thoughtfully crafted, high-quality clothing we’re known for.”
