Retailers face a number of challenges getting shoppers to download and use their mobile apps, but when they do succeed, the rewards are high: shoppers spend, on average, 30% more when using branded apps. Omnichannel efforts also pay off handsomely: consumers spend 17% more when their shopping experience is matched on multiple devices.
