90% of Consumers will Repurchase Following a Positive Delivery Experience

Everyone knows delivery is a complex (not to mention costly) proposition, but getting it right offers rich rewards: 90% of consumers will repurchase from a brand that provides them with a positive delivery experience. And as a bit of extra motivation, 65% will stop purchasing from a brand after a negative delivery experience.

Unfortunately for shippers, there are several points of disconnection between what customers want and what they get from retailers. For example, 43% of customers find photo proof of delivery important to their experience, but only 24% of retailers currently provide it.
