Since its inception, Retail TouchPoints has been committed to honoring the retail companies that deliver results in their respective companies, segments and industries. Three separate award programs have honored dozens of retail companies: Customer Engagement Awards, Channel Innovation Awards and Store Operations Superstar Awards. In 2014, RTP is adding the Retail Innovators Awards to recognize the individuals who are moving the retail industry forward.

Retail TouchPoints Honors 17 Retail Innovators At Awards Event

During the inaugural Retail Innovator Awards event, Retail TouchPoints (RTP) recognized 17 retail executives who have focused on innovation in order to improve their businesses and the entire retail industry. Close to 100 industry executives, colleagues, friends and family gathered at The Yale Club in New York City on June 18th to honor these first-ever Innovator Award winners. The Retail Innovator program is designed to honor individual executives in the retail industry who are focused on driving change through innovation. RTP has defined Retail Innovators are defined as: Retail executives and thought leaders who think outside the box to develop and foster innovative concepts and strategies that help move the overall retail industry forward.

10 Retailers Win 2014 Channel Innovation Awards

For the fourth year, Retail TouchPoints is proud to present the Channel Innovation Awards. This award program is designed to honor retailers who are achieving cross-channel success in today’s challenging retail environment. This year’s 10 winners run the gamut of industry segments, from apparel and toys to wine and home improvement products. They are both U.S. and internationally based retail companies. Most of the winners are selling their products via both brick-and-mortar and e-Commerce web sites, in addition to mobile web sites and other channels.

Retail TouchPoints To Honor Retail Innovators At June Event

For the first time, in 2014 Retail TouchPoints is honoring top executives who have helped improve the consumer shopping experience and uncover new ways to positively impact the retail industry with innovative ideas and solutions. Award winners will be honored at a luncheon ceremony on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the Yale Club in New York. Seating is limited. 10 Retailers Receive 2013 Channel Innovation Awards

 In its third year, Retail TouchPoints is proud to present Channel Innovation Awards to 10 deserving retail companies. This award program is designed to honor retailers who are achieving cross-channel success in today’s challenging retail environment. The 2013 award winners operate in a variety of industry segments, from phones and shoes to books and specialty apparel. They are both U.S.- and internationally-based retail companies. Most of the winners are selling their products via both brick-and-mortar and e-Commerce web sites, in addition to mobile web sites and other channels.

Channel Innovation Awards Recognize Republic, 8 Other Retail Leaders

  Retail TouchPoints is proud to present the second annual Channel Innovation Awards, honoring retailer leaders who are achieving cross-channel success in today’s challenging retail environment. This year a UK retailer received top honors: fashion retailer Republic received the sole Platinum award. Republic has seen across-the-board success from a multi-faceted cross-channel expansion. “The integrated multi-channel system has encouraged online customers to visit the store, driving footfall and increasing the chance for further cross and up sales and interaction,” according to Nick Rennardson, IT Director. Channel Innovation Award winners operate in a variety of industry segments, from specialty apparel and bridal to big box, grocery and specialty soft goods. They are both U.S.- and internationally-based retail companies. Most of the winners are selling their products via both brick-and-mortar and e-Commerce web sites, in addition to mobile web sites and other channels.
