Customer identity management platform Gigya and digital engagement platform ContactLab have partnered to integrate their offerings. With the integration, marketers and IT professionals can use ContactLab to synchronize subscriptions captured by registration forms built with Gigya.
The combined offering enables retailers to gain sophisticated and complete profiles of consumers’ digital identities, while at the same time respecting their privacy.
As part of the partnership, the ContactLab solution will be included in the Gigya IDX Marketplace. Italy-based ContactLab is designed to help clients exceed their business objectives through sophisticated and customized CRM programs.
