ePrize, a digital and mobile engagement solutions provider, announced the availability of real-time, location-based Passbook capabilities for brands seeking to leverage the latest iOS6 mobile commerce feature to better connect with consumers and drive sales.
With the upgrade, brands can integrate gift codes, coupons and digital prizes earned via loyalty programs; build mobile CRM programs and chance-to-win campaigns; and allow consumers to store these in Passbook. Brands also can create location-based and timed alerts to make offers appear when a consumer physically is at the point of redemption or when the offer is about to expire.

The Passbook functionality includes the ability for brands to deliver geo-targeted offers and coupons via SMS to a mobile landing page, where consumers can save them to Passbook and be notified of offers in their immediate areas.
