adidas Partners With RedPrairie To Improve Workforce Management And Stakeholder Benefits

adidas selected the RedPrairie Workforce Management (WFM) solution to increase employee productivity, optimize scheduling and deliver optimal customer service at its Singapore retail locations. The sports apparel merchant already is increasing ROI and improving corporate-to-store communications and task prioritization with the RedPrairie Execution Management tool, being used in approximately 60 adidas retail stores throughout Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.  

The new workforce solution will increase stakeholder benefits, said Dave Cran, Retail Director at adidas Singapore, by allowing adidas to “better serve its customers, increase revenue, effectively manage business processes and compliance, and create new efficiencies for management and employees.”

With WFM deployment now complete in the Singapore market, adidas next will bring the solution to stores in Malaysia.
